In a continuation of our Suicide is Never the Answer campaign, Drew’s Foundation is pleased to announce support for Iron Dog Team 19-Arthur “Gux” Laraux and Steven Boney. Gux and Steven will carry the Drew’s Foundation banner on their machines and suits when they depart Friday February 15 on their second Iron Dog. The race starts in Willow, traverses Alaska to the half-way point in Nome and then returns to Fairbanks. The race takes about 7 days and is considered the toughest snowmachine race on earth.
We gladly acknowledge Donlin Gold whos generous support of Drew’s Foundation made this donation possible.
Drew’s Foundation supports positive lifestyle choices and sees the endeavor that this team is undertaking as a fine example to that end. The time, dedication, and resources that this team spends showcases those choices and we stand behind them.
